The condo was exactly as described: clean, comfortable and a great location along the Isla Verde strip. I have been to Puerto Rico many times and have chose to stay in the Isla Verde area over the years. I found Bill's condo to be perfect for me. It is close to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. I thought I would cook my own meals more often but instead found Piu's great for breakfast and fast internet next door and found my favorite Puerto Rican food either dinning or take out everywhere else around the area. The building is secure, safe and the condo clean. Very nice! Thanks Bill!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was conveniently located close to stores, restaurants, bars and the beach. It was a short $14 cab ride from the airport. The building itself was secure and in good repair. The apartment inside was clean and had everything we required for our stay including dishes, linens, towels, beach chairs and a cooler. Bill was very easy to deal with via email and telephone and did his best to answer any questions we had leading up to our stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this apartment to others.
